Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines and best practices.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.

  • Monitor patient progress, record observations, and report changes in condition.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams, including doctors, therapists, and healthcare assistants.

  • Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and infection control policies.

Job Context

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing direct patient care in nursing homes, hospitals, and other healthcare settings across Ireland. Candidates must be registered with NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland).

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification

  • Must be registered with NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland)

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred

  • Experience in elderly care, acute care, or disability services is an advantage

Additional Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

  • Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts if required

  • Valid work permit for Ireland (for international applicants)
